Do the images of prints in your shop accurately reflect what they’ll look like in person?

We do our best to display each image as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen’s brightness and settings. Some minimal cropping may occur depending on the print size you choose.

When will my order ship?

Prints are made to order and typically ship within 10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

How are prints packaged?

All prints are carefully packaged in a rigid mailer or shipping tube to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Do you offer framing?

We don’t currently offer framing, but we’re happy to recommend Artizom Framing in Charleston for custom, high-quality frames that beautifully complement our prints.

Do you take custom orders?

Of course! If you see a photo on instagram that isn't in the shop or would like to order a custom size, please contact us to chat more.

Do you take wholesale orders?

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! Because prints are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days—we’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

For stationery and other non-custom items, returns are accepted within 30 days for store credit. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us with your order number for instructions on making your return.
