Our Products

We create and curate products inspired by Charleston. Please note that some items, like prints, are made to order—so colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and availability may change from time to time.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment and shipping details. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders (for example, if stock runs out or we suspect misuse).

Returns & Refunds

Most items can be returned within 14 days with a flat $5 return shipping fee. Prints are final sale since they’re custom made for you. If something arrives damaged, just reach out—we’ll work with you to make it right.

Shipping

We do our best to get your order out quickly. Once it leaves our hands, we’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, but we’ll always do our best to help if issues come up.

Using Our Site

You agree not to misuse our website (for example, by attempting to break its security or use it for unlawful purposes).

Liability

We want you to love your order, but sometimes things happen outside of our control. A Charleston Local isn’t responsible for indirect or accidental damages related to your use of our products or site.
